Return policy

14-day return policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right:

1. Inform us of your decision to return the products
2. Send the products back within 14 days of notification
3. Products must be unused and in original packaging
4. Include all original documentation and accessories

Defective products

We accept returns for defective products:

1. Notify us immediately upon discovering the defect
2. Provide photos and description of the defect
3. We will arrange return shipping at our expense
4. Choose between, full refund, product replacement, store credit

Refund processing

– Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned products
– Original payment method will be used for refund
– Shipping costs are refunded only for defective products
– Original delivery charges are not refunded for standard returns
